We are not like other catteries!

At Fancy Felines, we provide the next level of care for your beloved fur babies.

Here at Fancy Felines we are committed to staying boutique, ensuring your cats dedicated care in a comfortable homely environment at all times!

We do charge a wee bit more for this level of care, but we guarantee that your cat will get individual attention each and every day during their stay.

We are extensively experienced in animal husbandry and animal rescue work with over 35 years' experience specifically with cats.

We are professional cat groomers with a dedicated Groom Room on site, access to Hyperbaric Oxygen, Pulsed Electric Magnetic Field Therapy, Salt Therapy & Feline Massage

We are the only clinic of its kind in NZ!

Our cozy accommodation includes 5 large individual Rooms, each with their own outdoor balcony's fit to accommodate two cats from one home, each cage has its own custom-built climbing structures and cozy nooks for your cats with cat proof safety indoor/outdoor access.

We also accommodate day clients & medical clients in in our dedicated wellness clinic consisting of 12 individual small cages big enough for self-containment for overnight stay and a boutique, open plan lounge area for up to 10 cats who are safely able to be together in one larger space.

All of our rooms have natural sunlight at different times of the day and are kept consistently warm 24/7 all year round - just the way cats like it!

We have heat pads for cats who require just that little bit more warmth.

We believe that Nutrition is paramount to tissue repair, health recovery and long-term wellness.

We provide high quality, chemical and preservative free food for our guests while in our care as part of our service.

If you have a specified medical prescribed diet or prefer that your feline friend’s regular diet is maintained during their stay, please bring their usual food with them.
