Can I book Accommodation without Grooming or Health Care?

 

Yes Absolutely!

Being​ boutique however, we do fill up fast so best to book in advance

My cat stays at another local cattery; can we book grooming only?

​

Yes absolutely!

We are pleased to be in conjunction with our other local catteries in Whangarei and provide a pickup and drop off service free of charge to their venues. It is our intention to work with our fellow cattery owners and not be in competition to them. This is important for us and is a big part of why we have chosen not to run as a standard cattery facility.

 

I don't need/want my cat to stay overnight for Grooming

No Worries :)

Please let us know in advance so that we can priorities your fur babies grooming time to be earlier in the day for a same day return.

 

I have two cats, one needs medical care and the other is fine, can they both stay at Fancy Felines?

 

We understand the need to keep your fur babies in one place while you are away, this is often best for the cats and for the owners. If you have come from another cattery due to medical care we are happy to return your cats to their usual cattery once our level of care is no longer require at your request!​

​PLEASE NOTE:

 All cats receiving Hyperbaric treatment must stay on site until the completion of their treatment plan, this is usually between 1-4 weeks depending on the situation

Travel that is more than 10km from Whangarei Centre will incur an extra fee

 

We provide one way & return travel options for our clients in Auckland and the Bay Of Islands on a schedule every month and the day before long weekends & public holidays throughout the year for a reasonable fee $50 each way.

​

Grooming clients from Auckland and Bay of Islands will be provided two nights' accommodation with every groom booking for FREE

 

All prices are plus GST
